Reading Sactown blogs, it appears their fans are done with him. After getting ejected in a close game again last night, it seems they have come to the realization that they need to get rid of him to improve. And they are also at the realization that his value is very low at the moment.

I am of the mindset that he just needs a team that already has strong leadership and a foundation for him to do his thing, but also keep his emotions on the floor in check. I think we have that in Dame, Terry, and Neil upstairs. He won't need to be the face of the franchise both on and off the floor here. I feel like adding him to POR is similar in ways to DET adding Sheed.

What's the most you'd give up for him?

CJ/Davis/Leonard for Cousins/McLemore

Dame/Frazier
Crabbe/Hendo/McLemore
Aminu/Harkless
Cousins/Vonleh
Plumlee/Kaman

Push for the playoffs.

Is our pick tradeable considering it's already owed to DEN if we make the playoffs?

"That's not nearly enough. Not even close."

Why not? They need a better two and Ed Davis is as good a Center as they'd get for him

Harkless was dumped for a second rounder a couple months ago. He hasn't improved his stock that much. Sac wanted LA's lottery pick back in June. I don't think they're that desperate.

No way I trade Ed Davis and CJ for that cancer.

Maybe Kaman and a box of voodoo donuts.

And I owe you a bitchslap yuyuza:

I don't know if I'd do it for Portland either, so I definitely wouldn't offer anything better

We went to the WCF with JR Rider.... and Cousins isn't even remotely as bad as Rider. He might be the most talented big offensively in the NBA. He needs out of Sac in the worst way. That was a horrible marriage from the start. I think he would do well here.

If he'd be a potential number 1 here, I wouldn't want him.

He's the new Sheed but a much better talent.

Rider was an off court goofball, but wasn't ever a locker room cancer that I know of... That's a huge difference.

Vonleh would have to be playing a lot better to make that deal work.
Ugh, I keep waiting for this stiff to show some promise. So far the only thing he's shown is decent defensive positioning. But I keep telling myself that he has to have value given that we traded Nic for him.

Ed Davis and Chris Kaman. There is works under the CAP and that's about as much as I think of his 'team' attitude.

I wouldn't give up anything too valuable. I would take him on and give him a chance though. Not much downside because this a throw-away year, and he only has 2 years left, and we're below the minimum about what his contract is.

But damn, look at the dude's stats. He shoots under 45% from 2 pt range...can you say LA?

There's a chance he would be more efficient with a better back court...but you who want to give up CJ for him are cray cray.

I'd throw in Leonard.

It's a down year for him. Look at his last three years FG%

46.7%
49.6%
46.5%

And from 2 point range

47%
50%
47%

from what I've seen, Rondo is the larger cancer. If Dame and Boogie had a pre trade sit down I think we could come out on top of that issue. I think this season has looked bad with him cause its just been bad relations since day one and that much time hating the things around you can definitely have an affect on how hard you try for a team.

but I loved sheed, technicals and all, so don't listen to me.
