I don't know about you

Seems like the guy we all hoped Batum would become. Imagine small ball lineups with him at PF being able to handle the ball and create, with Meyers playing center and spacing the floor.

btw, did anyone see that the 76ers have potentially 3 lottery picks next year??

The NBA never rewards obviously tanking teams like the Sixers with the number one pick, and they threw the Cavs a bone when Lebron screwed them over, so I could see us getting rewarded with the number one pick if we're bad enough, but not quite bad enough to actually get the number one pick. This guy isn't a center either, so we have that going for us.

Obviously I'd be very happy to get Ben Simmons.

Ben Simmons earning rave reviews after Nike Basketball Academy workout with Harden, LeBron

“Not only can Ben Simmons do a little bit of everything, but he does everything extremely well. The 6’10” forward can legitimately play any position on the floor and succeed both offensively and defensively wherever he suits up,” Goldberg wrote.

“The future LSU player has better handle and passing ability than most point guards his age but also has the strength and athleticism to score in the post.

“Meanwhile, he is just as good defensively with the talent to defend some of the best players the NBA has to offer.

“The fact anyone can hold his own defensively against both James Harden and Anthony Davis is impressive. Considering he is doing it at just 18 years old is incredible.

“With everyone looking for versatility in their big men nowadays, it doesn’t get any better than Simmons.”

I could see us getting the #1 pick just for the opportunity to mess it up again. Simmons seems like a sure thing though. I'd trade a big for a late lotto pick just to take little Sabonis

I like that Simmons fellow. If he's what they say he could be, he'd make losing LaMarcus for naddamnting somewhat palatable.

I mean, they did help Cleveland...three fucking times...since LeBron left.

Yep, this market needs help, and I don't see us outright tanking.
