Is it just me, or is this guy actually insanely good?
And what is he playing- me and some friends just took out my old nes and played a little mario, and world 1-1 obviously isn't anything like that.

Its a Mario game somebody has messed with. There is a speed run of the whole thing on YouTube somewhere.
