I agree with you there.. I actually chimed in with that on one of my first posts on this thread.. Bayless will be doing the same thing for us in this same aspect.
There's a lot of truth in that. Added to that is the fact that we've invested a draft pick and years and years of roster space and coaching and money to get Outlaw to the point where he is today. The Rockets just wrote a check at the beginning of the season.
This is the series where we'd hopefully see all that investment in Outlaw finally start to come to fruition. And he's looking like the second coming of Uncle Cliffy.
I'm glad the Rockets are playing the Blazers in round one, and will play Kobe in round two if they win. Both of these teams have the SG spot sewn up very well. Every other team would outbid the Rockets during the off season especially to get back at them. Wafer has averaged a\a very quiet 11 points in the playoffs, I doubt he gets the offers he deserves.
