...before CNN and Fox run their spin on it;

1. I have kissed a woman without her permission.

2. I have groped a woman.

===================

Flip side;

1. I have been kissed by a woman without my permission.

2. I have been groped by a woman.

...that is all.

Yep, the vast majority of males have done that and had it done in return. We all tried to get there one way or another. If they locked up people for trying every penal institute in this country would be filled to the brim. Real crock of shit with all these assholes coming up years after the alleged incident "coming out" with another BS Story.

as my wife was cooking dinner I walked up behind her...reached around...grabbed her breasts and kissed her neck...I said...are you going to arrest your bad bad hubby...she laughed at me and smacked me with a spoon..i said..im reporting you for domestic abuse!

In a seriousness, this #metoo was great at exposing sexual abuse, but it now is being conflated with adolescent boorish behavior and that is a serious problem.

A guy asking a girl out isn't harassment, nor is flirtation. And these are far from abuse. It's a shame that we have people being allowed to mischaracterize these acts and further dilute, ney highjack real abuse awareness. Only in America where people are so addicted to belonging and like counts on social media....it's fucking nuts.

I was taught, no means no and yes means yes. Later I learned silence was acceptance but use caution...see yes/no rules.

At some point we all experienced someone teasing no but meaning yes or teasing yes and meaning no.

Now we all survived navigating these issues in relative anonymity. Worst thing that happened was a brother, friend or father displayed a sign of deterrence. You bitched to your buddies and moved on. Kids today have to contend with the internet of all things.

At this rate we will evolve back to arranged marriage in 10 years, lol

...Tote, I think it passed "nuts" long ago.

...here's something that ticks me off, and I'll probably take some heat for saying it but some females blatantly flaunt their sexuality by wearing VERY low cut tops showing off their puppies or may dress provocatively in general with the purpose of standing out and being noticed by males...but if a male does in fact notice and stares at her boobs or heaven forbid, say something about her rack or her butt, it's viewed as sexual wrong-doing?

...sorry, but that kind of reasoning makes no sense.

come out to LA's beaches, where you will see plenty of hot babes sunning on the sand with pasties and a G-String, well, maybe not 'til spring/summer....

always blew my mind how these women, hot as they are, flaunt their 99% buck naked sexuality on a public or pubic beach; to onlooking slobbering men, boys, as if the eye candy were there for the taking, .... and get away with it as norm....wtf-???

it just ain't fair Ma.... ~!~ :devilwink:

I agree. Then again girls are forced to up their sexual attractiveness as a counter to the extreme pussification of men today, lol.

There... I bailed you out, lol!

Seriously, at the gym last night chatting with a buddy about girls in yoga pants or whatever you want to call spandex. We are light years away from the outfits in the 80s. And even then chicks wrapped a shirt around their waste to cover their butt. Today, nothing is left to the imagination. But if you look, they will stare daggers at you. I'm of the belief that you seek attention and get it, you can't complain.

^^^^ lmao, true-
gracias, .... 4 the bailout

and 'spot on' as usual....

this city of Lancaster, ca., just opened a 'bikini coffee' drive thru shop. I can't imagine girls in bikinis in a small Kiosk bldg., (similar to Luzianna Daquiri drive thru's), when Winter hits; temps drop to 18 degree's....it'll be bright headlights on?? or Heavy coats, and hypothermia....

I imagine, they'll either keep the kiosk heat up to 'hot', or wear overcoats hanging out of their little Kiosk's windows, to hand off a cup of Java to a Joe with a hard on....

the villification of woman, pussification of men....

more #metoo to come, gawd this makes shit for news of something we've known all along, just lacked specifics, some details...

And in other news....

10's of millions of seat belts admit to inappropriate fonding of women's breasts and pelvic regions on a daily basis. Spokesman for the belts point out that while guilty, so are the politicians that voted to enable them.

everyone, everything's dirty,...

(all this is tongue in cheek)
our deranged sexists minds/culture hath led us to intrude upon women, even with our sub-Q pysches, made manifest by all we design and build....lmao...

the things we design for public use; it's all sexist related and created by all white chauvinist racist males, of which we all supposedly have been labeled...

mankinds charter is to suppress women, and other lesser un-educatable races of minorities; altho' we've become just that, the minority who runs the world....and for a good reason....

disclaimer: tongue in cheek, tho' a joke, some truth remains..

...I wonder how far we might be from having to produce a notarized document of mutual consent before having any sort of physical contact with another person?

...this supposedly happened over 3 years ago...I don't get it. Without realizing it, these kinds of accusations can actually have the reverse effect on females getting hired for certain jobs/positions and/or by male bosses.

these accusations, and I'm sure some are true, don't make sense as to why these The longer time passes b/t incidents, the less credible each story becomes, imo.

sexual harrasment (S/H) is one of few civil trials, that still carries unlimited punitive damage $$$ rewards....

ntm- numerous companies, and corporations would much rather settle out of court than face embarrasment of public exposure, or a jury's punitive damage $$$ rewards.

S/H claims have no statue of limitations, when even medical malpractice carries a 2 yr SOL in Ca.

Almost appears as if women coming out of the daily woodwork, see such suits as a Lotto chance, or possibly obtaining settlements, when companies don't wan't the costly courts, or negative publicity....

it's damn near endless, how easy it's become to claim S/H, and get away with it, even if it's questionable at best. What constitutes S/H in court can too often be simply over hearing a sexual joke, unbeknownst to those telling the joke, and dozens of other instances of what constitutes S/H....

I've personally seen women whose poor performance and/or attendance, was on the verge of termination; while those women filed S/H grievances to offset their well deserved terminations....Some get away with it, others get quelched and terminated for bringing on false claims....

On the other hand, the workplace, esp hollywood, or media co's, have been filthy dirty for decades; and what we're most likely seeing is just that, dirty business that's looked the other way for too long, and/or did nothing about it, like providing clearly defined s/h training, to every single employee, even the CEO et al, as too what is S/H....It's questionable at best at times, as too what constitutes S/H....

^^^Matts, back in the day, if a female felt a guy had crossed the line she simply slapped the shit out of him...don't know why that still won't suffice.

Another scumbag bites the dust. Matt Lauer....see yah!

Reprimanding a subordinate for now giving you head on demand, that's real sexual harrassment. No wonder this lout was soft on the Clinton's.

...not sure what the Clintons have to do with this but since you decided to bring it up, why is it OK for your boy Trump to do it ?..and in typical Trumpian fashion, no matter what the topic/question is, the Clintons or Obama always seem to be the answer. And it's also OK for Trump to back Roy Moore too?...If Moore were a Democrat would Trump still support him?...of course he wouldn't.

...If Trump had been working for NBC when his accusers came forward, would he have been fired?...of course he would. Do you see the glaring hypocrisy now?
