I need a nice steady-beat instrumental

I need a nice steady instrumental, no lyrics, around 4 minutes long. I'm making a nice Paul Pierce mix and I have commentary for all the clips, but I need a steady beat behind it so it flows nicely. You guys have anything? Any suggestions? Links?

I can't find any beats for 4 minutes but I know where I can find beats that are like 30 minutes long.I will try to look for some beats that are at least 4 minutes.

Eh, I'd really prefer a solid beat that is pretty steady throughout.
