the process of change. What that means is not worry about this season but focus solely on making moves for the next several years. That includes trades, perhaps giving some of the young guys more burn and see what they have. This team IMO is simply another another version of the "one and done" teams we have had, a few different players but the end result will be the same.
I am not saying to make a trade for the sake of just doing it. But have a purpose and a plan for this critical next 6-7 month period when we have so many expiring contracts, capspace, and the makeup of the team can and will be changed and likely a lot.
What worries me is that we have no plan and what MM pointed out earlier, that we have no GM. I like Chad but he IMO has not been given any real latitude to structure a team, it's done by committee, a committee that IMO lacks the experience and gravitas to retool this team.
