Can you hate trump and love America? Then you can hate Neil and love the blazers. You can think we are headed in the wrong direction and still be a fan. You should have to defend your position if you choose to bury your head in the sand and reasonable people question your position. Cause people who see a bad team aren’t haters they are realists.people do hate the organization.....Paul and Olshey are the head office of the organization....show me where the love is...you're angry...venting...like many here...you need to understand the difference between moving on and seeing gloom in the offseason in my view....I understand why I like the team...to have to defend that around here is pretty weird if you ask me
Shit show? We got the 3 seed last year and we're only 2 days into FA. We fucking nearly got Cousins apparently.
I'll stand with riverman every day of the week.
you and I define bad team differently....when it comes to politics....I don't have a team to root for currently..Cause people who see a bad team aren’t haters they are realists.
Why are people not willing to fucking see why we let Davis go? If Nurk takes the QO we are very close to being able to offer the Full-MLE.
sure...but basketball doesn't cover such a vast territory.....or have such an impact on my life as the Supreme Court mightCan you hate trump and love America?
appreciate a positive post ….Let’s not forget that NO claimed collins to be a future building piece. Letting ed go gives minutes to him and Swannigan.
I know. Would Davis have been happy riding the bench while we develop Collins and Nurkic? It was better for Davis to go prove himself (maybe as a starter with Crabbe) in Brooklyn so that he could get a big contract in 2019.Let’s not forget that NO claimed collins to be a future building piece. Boogie signed for under a million more than Ed did in Brooklyn....the dude threw away a ton of money to chase a ring....Ed just got a job.I know. Swanigan although raw can shoot with range...hustles and rebounds...I watched all his G league games...he's got skills...people act like he's frickin' Hasheem Thabeet around here...I like the kid.Eff that.
I do too. He was awesome in home opener against New Orleans last October. Showed a lot of potential. He could shoot, defend, block shots, pass, and rebound all in one short shift.Swanigan although raw can shoot with range...hustles and rebounds...I watched all his G league games...he's got skills...people act like he's frickin' Hasheem Thabeet around here...I like the kid.
Thank you Eric....much appreciatedI'll stand with riverman every day of the week.
If Swanigan beat Ed Davis for minutes we'd be happy as a MF can be. Literally beat Ed though, not given to him.Eff that.
Thank you Eric....much appreciated
Swanigan can't defend or block shots bro.... his passing and shooting are overrated.I do too. He was awesome in home opener against New Orleans last October. Showed a lot of potential. He could shoot, defend, block shots, pass, and rebound all in one short shift.
I expect him to be a power forward for the team....nobody think's he's the face of the franchise here...I also think young players do get better under Stotts coaching....he's a second year big....played a few minutes against vets in the NBA...you have to play against NBA starters to learn how to defend them...rookies take awhile to learn the opposition....what all these young guys need is court timeYou guys honestly expect him to flourish under Terry Stotts system?
all five NBA minutes he played gave you this insight?Swanigan ain't it
See Noah Vonleh my guy. He's basically Swanigan, but NBA ready.
I like where your head is at, but we really can't let the TPE expire at the end of the month.
Swanigan has a contract...right now Vonleh doesn't have a job...if he couldn't crack the Bulls rotation, well...that says something...and I had high hopes for Vonleh…he's a strong dude. He got a shot with the Bulls....didn't make the cutSee Noah Vonleh my guy. He's basically Swanigan, but NBA ready.
Save your thanks pops.....this is like a blind woman calling you handsome.Thank you Eric....much appreciated

It might be but I don't think so.
I think it's going to go down like this.
Lillard/CJ/rookie
CJ/Lillard/Turner & rookie
Harkless/Aminu/Stauskis/rookie
Aminu/Collins/Swanigan
Nurk/Nards/Collins
I don't think Collins can attain the starting 4 position unless Nards shows without a doubt he can be relied on as the backup 5.
I think the plan coming into the season is.
Nards showed he deserves more of a shot last year. But due Davis performing at a higher level than him for 3 seasons. Davis was forever ahead of him in the rotation.
Now Nards is in position to be the backup 5. But if he doesn't continue to show consistency. Collins will take that spot and Nards will be glued to the bench again.
Portland still will continue to look for wing help. As it's plainly clear to the FO that Portland plays at another level when their wings are a threat to score.
Personally, I don't think so, but I do still think it's in doubt as to whether they'll use the Crabbe TPE. There are currently a full 15 players under contract for next year, as well.
