He can do both, but I would say he needs to at least handle the ball some in order to get into a rhythm. He's completely sucking nuts in Flip's offense that has him acting almost exclusively as a spot up shooter since Arenas is handling the ball on something like 90-95% of the time he's in there. The thing that wouldn't worry me too much is that he's perfectly comfortable shooting off the dribble much like Travis and thus could be capable of filling that role late in the clock or at the end of games.
