First off I love Travis' game, it is exiting to see him finally begin to be come the player we have hoped that he could be. But I would Trade Travis IF . . .

. . . a better fit SF was available, cheap. Travis needs the ball, he is great in the 4th because he, right now has to be a go to, high shot production SF. I could let him go IF we could find a good fit starting SF now, that did not have to have the ball in his hands to be productive.

. . . he develops his game no further but wants starter min.

I do not think we need to trade Travis but I do not think he is untouchable, what would it take for you to trade Travis.

Was, that, written, in, English, ? Run, on, run, runnin, run run, can, I, comma, run, on, please? Incoherent, babble, cannot, take, it, any, more, ... comma

don't, forget . . . your, spaces . . . in, between, ellipsis, . . . , and, don't, forget, . . . to

. . . start, sentences, with, an ellipsis . . . too, comma, question mark, AARRGGHH!!!1@

This isn't BBF dude. I can make fun of whoever I want.

There aren't many rules around here, but personally attacking other posters is a definite no-no ... and criticizing grammar and spelling on a message board is usually considered extremely poor form and kind of douchebaggy.

If he demanded a trade...
That is the only way I could justify dealing him. You don't get too many players of that caliber who are willing to come off of the bench and not make a deal out of it. He is a down to earth, humble guy who fits in perfectly with this team.

Except, I see commas in their post. Kinda makes your rant less effective. Dontcha think?

Here come the trade so-in-so threads! Watch out!

That is not true. As Nik mentioned, there aren't a ton of rules, but the guiding rule is to show respect for your fellow posters.

He's right. Just because it's not BBF doesn't mean you have an excuse to be a dick. I don't see the logic there.

I think I would trade Travis if we could use him as part of a package to make a big upgrade at the PG or SF spots... I don't think trading for a Travis-level player at either of those positions makes this team much better, but if we can move him with Raef's contract, or with Frye and other value, for a player that is relatively young and very good at the point guard or small forward spot, then I think it helps us in the near term without really sacrificing the long-term prospects of the team.

Really? So you are one of those people who support the United States efforts to "dumb it down" so no one feels left out? I prefer to teach and educate then allow poor spelling and grammar. To each their own though right?

I think many people support informal typing standards on discussion forums and other online venues.

It has nothing to do with "dumbing down" the US.

You can certainly choose to fly in the face of that. It may make you look worse than the people you're attacking, but if you're okay with that, there's no problem.

Nobody gives a rats ass about proper grammar on a message bored...I cant believe you would be lame enough to bring that up

Criticizing someone's spelling while making mistakes yourself... hmm. Maybe you should stop educating.

LOL

More better then BBF!?

My ONLY beef at BBF was the ongoing BS totally unrelated to BASKETBALL. Come on guys - let's have some meaningful banter here!

Totally over your head. Which is sad, cuz it's obvious.

"cuz" it's obvious. I think you meant the word 'because', but I won't hold it against you.

To each their own though right?

This time you actually needed a comma: "To each their own though, right?"

See how annoying it is to correct spelling on a forum Ben "Big Baby" Davis?

If you're going to go all "grammar nazi" on people then you had better be prepared to keep your writing pretty much fucking flawless. And yes, I clearly support dumbing down the country; the dumber everyone else is the smarter I look.

Also, it should be "To each his own..."

And not sure, but shouldn't it be "...support the United States' efforts" [apostrophe after United States]

And "than allow poor grammar", rather than "then allow poor grammar".

Really, though... he just made it too easy. He had to have been pulling our chains.

It's "douchebaggish," not "douchbaggy."

Just sayin', lol...

I give a rat's ass about proper grammar on a message board. Spelling, too. But 99% of all criticism I post is intended to be constructive, and is usually meant with good-natured ribbing.

But what if he meant to say, "I prefer to teach and educate, then allow poor spelling and grammar?"

Sort of like Nate wanting the youngsters to learn how to play slow before they play fast, lol?

Have you met Ben?

Perhaps he was being ambiguous on purpose, to allow both readings?

That man is a Shakespeare!
