Here comes the snow folks!
I don't think they are as worried about the little bit of snow. It is the freezing rain. My work was cancelled tonight, which sucks because I could use the money. And all I have to do to get to work is walk up the hill about 20 blocks up Belmont. I almost asked if I could just run the show all by myself......where? There's barely dust particles on the ground up here in Vancouver. Just a bunch of wind.
OT: @SlyPokerDog, Who do you want the Cowboys to face next week? The only team who has beaten us twice already or the team who would have won 7 in a row if they win tomorrow? I want to play the team that has won 7 in a row because their running game is weak.
By the way, The Patriots will get to play the hapless Texans next week, while we have to play the winner between these two teams. WTF?
I think we can beat the Giants. Regular season doesn't mean much. I would rather avoid Green Bay, playing with a lot of confidence and their defense is going to be rough on Dak.

Yeah, they are still fine in close in SE Portland as well. I totally could have worked today....ughhRoads are fine in Tigard/Tualatin area.
As somebody...
@SlyPokerDog, What are your reasons why you think we can beat the Giants over the Packers?
It's hard to beat the same team 3 times in the same NFL season.
Im not sold on this cowboys team. 1 and done.
Reasons?
I was in Vancouver for the first snow of this winter. We had less than 1” and the entire area was shut down for two days, including many govt. buildings.
I then drove to my cave in Idaho, on 200 miles of Oregon black ice. I probably passed a dozen accidents, one looked real bad. As soon as I crossed the state line out of Oregon, the road had been cleared of the black ice and snow pack. I never saw another accident or car in the ditch.
Funny thing is Idaho and E. WA. can get 2’ of snow, and everyone safetly drives within a few hours of the snow stopping. They know how to deal with and drive on snow and ice. Oregon and W. WA. doesn’t know shit about snow and ice.
This has been one of the coldest winters in a long time. At my cave in Idaho, we usually get snow every winter, but it melts away in a day or two. This winter, it just keeps piling up. Where is global warming when you want it?

Inexperience from key position players.
@SlyPokerDog You still want to play this Giants team again for the third time? They are shutting down Aaron Rodgers and the Packers offense right now. Are you watching?
*I hope this post is a jinx against the Giants and the Packers score after I post this*
This is an unexpected and surprising season for me. Packers or Giants are going to be a tough tough game. It's a home game for us, I think that's enough to give us a slight edge over either team. If we end up playing the Giants and we beat them I think that only helps us against Seahawks or Falcons. To be the best, you have to beat the best. Bring the mother fuckers on!

All slush and melting fast at the south half of Portland. And very little traffic. Get out and enjoy it while you can.Hey is anyone out there driving in this ice? How is it around PDX?
