Your sarcasm after doing a "doh" moment about being off topic, doesn't hide your mistake. Just exposes it.

Your post about being mediocre without Aldridge had nothing to do with anything anyone was talking about. Seriously, show me a post that had anything to do with being a good team without LA.

You're so quick to rush in and defend LA that you don't even realize when he's actually being attacked. Nobody was attacking him, they were attacking Stotts.

Yep, that's it Nate! How could I have been so wrong to doubt you?!

I think we should trade LA. We don't need him. Maybe Boston for a lotto pick, Jeff Green, and Sullinger.

If the pick was Packer or Wiggins I'd have to send Aldridge packing. If it was Embiid and I hate taking another chance on a center but you have got to consider it.

Mags, you need to see the writing on the wall. LA is as good as gone. We need to trade him asap.

Sometimes it's just fun to fuck with mags.

Why is he as good as gone? What was the last thing he said two months ago about staying here?

Has something changed since then?

His brother's girlfriend's hair dresser told me that he hates Portland and he wants out.

But what does LA say?

LA has said he is willing to sign an extension. I haven't heard anything different from that fact.

Well...I haven't.

If he wasn't ok with Portland why suggest that he was?

Just leave 'that' alone and let it work itself out in the offseason.

I can't tell if you're intentionally ignoring my sarcasm or if you really can't detect it.

I didn't detect it. Thought the hairdresser was a real source of yours. :)

The fact is you believe he doesn't want to be here? Why?

Nah, they'll find some mediocre D League point guard who will go off for forty a game on us...
Not worried about the scoring. Worried about the 'mug-a-Dame' defense and flopping.

I also think people are overlooking lillard swag. We've never seen him in playoffs. I bet he steps up and has a couple magical performances. He loves playing when it matters.
Case in point: Lillard's crazy good performance in over times.

Huge loss for the Rockets. Regardless of whether he comes back quickly, his lateral movement will be suspect.

he probably injured himself flopping ..he's a Rocket after all

I'm sure I'm not the only one here who has had one. As your link notes, a meniscus tear could represent a minor or major setback dependent on the location & type of tear. If he has the most minor/easiest to deal with type, it's not inconceivable that Beverly could be back & near 100% for the playoffs. A worst case scenario puts his career in jeopardy.
