Which team would you rather face? OKC or SAS?

Personally, I think Aldridge respects SAS and especially Duncan too much. The Spurs are too respectable of a team for our players to get fired up against. Portland absolutely hates OKC! There would be no easier team to get motivated for.

And, fyi these two teams maybe the 7th or 8th seed, so the question could stay the same. Personally, I wouldn't want to face either of them in the first round, so I hope that they catch fire and get 4th and 5th! It's a tall order for OKC, but SAS is in striking distance

Ask me again in the spring and I'll have a better view of the matchups. In a lot of ways there's just no walk over in the west. I'll say that at this point I don't want the Grizzlies in the 1st round

I would like to face the Spurs again. I think that would be a good series.

SA. If SA falls that far there is prob a reason for it. Aging, which makes them vulnerable.

I think Pop's demeanor is different this season. Almost like he's on cruise control and not as engaged in the games. He might have lost his hunger to push the team. I wouldn't be surprised if he retires with Duncan soon. He said he'd stop coaching when Duncan retired.

I'd prefer the timberwolves.

Doesn't matter. If either team is that good we'll have to face them at some point anyway

There are only two teams I in the west I would hate to see the Blazers play in a 7 game series in the playoffs.

The Spurs, and The Grizzlies. Everyone else I would favor the Blazers to win the series simply due to matchups.

I agree, however the Spurs either weren't ready for the playoffs or Dallas was really quite good. I might prefer to face San Antonio before they got their groove, or maybe in the WCF when they are tired. Who knows?
