No Trade lol.
...there are "no sources" for this. Garbage websites just want clicks -- same goes for these shit accounts like nba central.

No Trade lol.
Andre Miller and Brandon Roy — two of the coolest, smartest guards I’ve come across — could never get on the same page. Heck, by the end, they wouldn’t even talk to each other.
Yes, that's the standard wet dream. If the Sixers are good with that deal then we should just do this.

Yeah, I don't think we'll get Thybulle. I was just saying I would make the deal straight across instead of involving the other teams if that's what Philly was giving up for CJ and DJ. I think anything you here about CJ not fitting what the Sixers need at this point is just jockeying. This trade makes sense for both teams. They need a perimeter scorer initiating their half court set and we need defense, athleticism and size... and probably to free up our starting SG spot for Norm.Yes, that's the standard wet dream.
However, there has been speculation that Philly is worried about its defense with McCollum. They're probably not going to include an all-defenseman. Yes, I know DJJ is good at defense.
I THINK I FUCKING KNOW
Exactly the opposite, both are great passers, team players, set picks. Our offense would be flowingThe more I think about it unless we trade Nurk I don’t want Simmons. Nurk and Simmons starting together seems horrible offensively
Neither can shoot outside of 5 feet, I don’t think that works in today’s game. Not to mention both are inconsistent.Exactly the opposite, both are great passers, team players, set picks. Our offense would be flowing

Paul George for CJ - would you do it?
If our targets for CJ right now are PG13, Simmons and Siakam and all of them would come for the same price, I'd take George. He gives us the amazing D that we need and is the best scorer out of the guys to boot. He's the right age for this group. I think Simmons is the most valuable at the price of CJ and maybe a future first but he has things that need fixed. PG13 along with re-signing Norm makes us ten wins better than we were this year because he's ready now. If PG's shot disappears during the playoffs he will still get to the line and get a ton of defensive stops both things that CJ doesn't get us.Paul George for CJ - would you do it?
Not a lot of attempts, but didn't Nurk shoot 40% from '3' this season?
Shaq once shot 50%...need to shoot that in way more than .8 attempts per game to say we got something there. Right now Nurk's 40% doesn't really matter.
Terrance Mann and Reggie Jackson performed at the level if not better than CJ did in the playoffs. I see no reason for LA to make a massive change and trade Paul George unless he asks out, or if Kawhi decides to leave and they want to blow it up.
If they lost in round one, maybe, but the lost only because of injuries. They need to stay the course and just tinker a bit
Signing Melo instead of Batum was a criminal decision. This resurgence he had in LA was inevitable. We know the guy. If the team is in the hunt and he's engaged as a role player, he flourishes. Was horribly miscast as a lead guy in Charlotte and he of course didn't even try given their lack of success.they do have some tinkering to do
will Kawhi opt out and want a long term deal? Probably. What will Ibaka do? He can opt-out as well
Jackson and Batum will both be free agents. Jackson has earned a decent payday off his playoff performance. LAC has early-bird rights so they can pay him a shade over 10M the first year. But they will already be 13-15M over the tax line. And for sure, Jackson, Mann, & Batum played much much better than CJ in the playoffs...and for 3 times the games
if the Blazers can solve their CJ riddle, and give up on any dream of landing PG13, they should take a look at Batum. He demonstrated his value in these playoffs, and that a player doesn't have to pad a box score to have a big impact. The Clips only hold non-bird rights on Batum, so unless they use their MLE they won't be able to pay Batum much more than a minimum. Portland could do a lot worse than offering Batum the tax-MLE. Blazers also should consider a Jones for Rondo swap if Jones opts-in

McDonough: "If they make a move, it will likely be McCollum that is out... I know teams around the league have an eye on the Blazers as a potential trade partner, with a focus on CJ in particular."
He thinks Neil will go through options with Chauncey in the coming days leading upto the draft and free agency to get his input on the vision/direction the team with regards to roster decisions
It's better to do God's work, than work!Back to the trade machine....
I haven't been able to get any work done in the last week. *Sigh*
In a heartbeat!Paul George for CJ - would you do it?
