No, I believe the tiebreaker is wins against the other team's conference. Which would result in another tie for these 2 teams ironically enough. So the next tiebreaker is a random drawing.

Yeah it will be a coin toss. 1st Tie Breaker is the record over the other conference. Both Chicago and SAS have identical records for the opposite conference.
