I would be seriously torn. Everyone after pick #2 is a huge risk, especially for Portland.
I CERTAINLY would NOT take
Cousins:
he sounds like a horrific mixture of Derrick Coleman and Zach Randolph, with maybe some Oliver Miller thrown in. If there's anything these playoffs have taught us it's that Defense Wins When It Counts. Cousins is All-O.
Favors is interesting, but also has the terrifying possibility of continuing the Chris Wilcox/Jordan Hill line of athletic busts who can't play. And we don't need a project right now.
Johnson is a downgrade from Batum.
Aldrich could be Joel if he's lucky.
Aminu is another project who's a tweener and lacks basketball skills.
The more you pick at it, the weaker this draft looks (at least after pick 2). I bet it'll be like last year's, where there are a lot of good solid players lower down. Unless you can get to #2, I don't think there's much point to moving up much more than Pritchard did last year.
