What you don't seem to understand is that not everyone can tell when someone is being sarcastic or not. There are plenty of other people, besides myself, that would take your remark seriously.

I'm pretty sure at least 96% of posters on the Blazers board (maybe 99% of those who have been with S2 over a year) would have recognized the sarcasm, especially in light of recent events. All of this thread is really part of the BF banning thread. My comment, as well as a few others, are totally based on comments in that other thread.

We did do an amnesty just a few months ago. Mixum, OIG and PapaG were all unbanned. (PapaG was posting under a different moniker, all we did is give him use of his PapaG moniker back. So he was banned from using PapaG but not banned from posting in the forum.) Mixum and OIG immediately continued with the behavior that got them banned in the first place so within a short time we just ended up banning them again.

Unbanning the Timberwolf trolls would not be good for our members. Opening a thread at work and suddenly there is a picture of a giant cock could get someone fired.

Well, you'd have to ask TBF. My rep power amount wasn't my choice, but as far as i know, the only way for it to be fixed would be for this account to get deleted and I'd have to create another one. That's how it worked on my old vBulletin forum.
