So we have to look forward to very soon. Let's close this out ASAP.

Please.

First, lets beat PHX. One game at a time.

We could also win the division as early as Wednesday. Thunder play a B2B over the weekend against Utah and Phoenix, then at home against Dallas on Wednesday.

We HAVE to win all the games? I thought we were already in.

Aim for 48. Forget the recent funk . Get focused. Play one at a time. Play for a new season without the disavantaged 1-8 or 2-7 seed matchups. The last 10 days were nasty. The next 10 should be goal setters. As you see I want Stotts' job.

Magic number (our wins + OKC losses) for the division is 6

Technically, we only have to win the next two.

Portland is at 45-25 & Phoenix (the 9th place team) is at 38-34. If Portland wins at Phoenix tomorrow night, the Suns will be 38-35 and the best they can do is 47-35. With the win at Phoenix, Portland would have 46 wins on the season and would only need a 2nd win to match the Suns "best possible".

The way the tie breakers go, Portland would win the tiebreakers (conference record) and would be in the playoffs.

You are forgetting about the Pelicans who can still win 48 games.

Portland finishes with 52 wins. OKC can't get there.
