I'd build around James and Rondo. They're a duo and cannot be broken apart.

I'd prefer two LeBron Jameses to two Rajon Rondos. Rondos can only play one position, and pairing one with himself in the backcourt would create mismatches.

Jameses, on the other hand, can play more positions and give my team more flexibility.
