His knees must be shot.
Lots of worry about the knees but he positions himself well. In two years the cap jumps 8-10m again and if he can show his knees are't an issue he will get PAID.

started on a 1964 Kay sunburst acoustic and an Italian Eco Sears and Roebuck Strat copy with a Kalamazoo tube amp and a tremolo function...great for an In a gadda davida jam session when I was 10

Bought my first from the guy who used to run a guitar shop over in Clackamas. Had that band Deadmoon who were big in places like NZ. He moved the shop to PDX years ago. It was a right handed Fender Strat copy that I THOUGHT I could play.
Traded it in for Lefty Mexican Strat that I had Ransom guitars in SF make a special "routed neck" for. I don't like the quality of lefty guitars. They quality is usually shit and so is the availability. So I've heavily moded all my electrics.

Someday I'll take photos and load them of my collection...it's interesting for guitar lovers..been an instrument junkie all my life but always have a guitar that I keep around for a decade at least. When I get a new one, I pass another one onto my son.

I like that Stotts is vetted in these acquisitions. They have a real sense of direction as to style of play and need. We needed perimeter defenders and another Batum like facilitator on the wing. Stotts nailed it in the Turner introduction

Cool. I don't really play much anymore. Broke my finger bad a while back and it never heal right. I loved playing the Clarence White stuff and I can't do it anymore. So I'm still getting my syncopation back. Now I know why Lenny Breau never broke his fall when he got dead drunk.

open tuning and slide should solve your problem...get a dulcimer and a dobro

I'll think about it. I just can't get all the fingers to move in sequence. It's like keys of a piano and one key is sticking. Took me six months to feel normal on a keyboard again.

His knees must be shot.

If his knees were "shot," the Blazers wouldn't even throw away $16M. This is pretty clearly a "make-good" deal--play for two years and try to build his value if he has no major knee injuries. Low risk for the Blazers, a chance to get back on the market quickly for Ezeli if his knees cooperate. If they don't, $16M is a nice insurance policy.

I like this contract. Team doesn't have to cut an arm off trying to get this guy, he gets a short-term deal to prove he's worth more and the Blazers can pull the ripcord if his knees explode.

Shame we didn't get to year three and bird rights, but fuck it. Not bad.

So who's the dick that reported Ezili for $20mil per when he first got to town?
