Iggy: Quick Avatar Request

Can someone make me an avatar just like the one I have now but with Andrea Bargnani instead? My avatar has the same background color as the forums so it looks like the head is just there with no background or border. My Internet Explorer is kinda messed right now so I don't have any pictures but anything you find will do. Thanks! and theres no rush.
