Is there really a lot of value in attempting to place blame? Does "He started it!" hold a lot of weight when it comes from the kids you work with?

I know he contributed--I read the forum too. I know he likes to pick at the people who have him on ignore. I know people take issue with his style, and he is generally stubbornly unwilling to adjust, and is more apt to mock people's "sensitivity" than to respect others' requests. I also know that you chose to read his post, and chose to respond, and chose to perpetuate. In an attempt to...what...educate him about victimhood?

Oh, I'm sure it's not comparable to a school situation, because if y'all were students, the hammer would have been brought down onto "the forum bully" long ago, and that it's really the mods' fault that this sequence of posts occurred. How about we all stop pointing fingers at what everyone else is doing, take responsibility for our own actions, and just post in the manner that we wish others would.

You're right the hammer would've been brought down on the bully as there is a zero tolerance policy for bullying at the program.
I wasn't the first person to call HCP a bully, but I certainly won't be the last.

There was no attempt to educate him about anything. In fact I had no intention of doing anything but returning what he was giving.
If he can't handle what he puts out. Then whos the sensitive one.
At the end of the day HCP starts drama with everyone. New posters, old posters.
I have 7k posts in 6ish years. Clearly I'm not starting drama with everyone on a weekly base.
You know like the post that I dm'd to a mod who said it needed to be deleted and asked for it's location states.
In fact a month ago was the last time I had drama. A mod messed up with his read of the situation.
That person left the forum on their own because they were starting drama with EVERYONE.
You know because his behavior continued with other posters including HCP for a month after that.

You should, there is a 'Report' button at the bottom of each post. Isn't there?

No. my account had things happen to it two years ago before the 3 on 3 tourney.
It's not a big deal not having a report function. It was a bigger deal when I couldn't edit/delete posts.
But I have that ability now, no reason why I need the report button when a dm is just as effective.

If you have to mention and single out specific posters saying they are on mute, its virtue signaling. The whole point of mute is to have them out of sight, out of mind. If you have someone on ignore, u should just forget they exist instead of trying to be a little passive aggressive bitch!

What's passive aggressive is having any sort of discussion via internet social media at all.....as to someone's intentions you have ALL CAPS , green font, normal font and swish3 font....not a lot of room for expression and really about the biggest line in the sand you could have for any given debate or disagreement
