To me, it's really only a factor in bathrooms and sports. jus sayin

But, yeah, I agree, there are much bigger REAL issues to be conentrated on.

I couldn't care less about bathrooms. The only thing a government should be able to do in this respect is pay for additional individual public restrooms.

Sports should be allowed to set competitive classes how they see fit, with the exception that nobody be banned from any level based on race, religion, or sexual orientation, or from the most competitive level based on gender.

This is the most fair solution I can think of.
