just an absolutely beautiful presentation by the managers. leaving no stone unturned. i might be changing my opinion on the impact of this impeachment, even if the result is inevitable.

voting to acquit Trump here will have some consequences to the futures of some GOP seats.

POTUS TRUMP has now outsmarted them again by simply letting them get on podiums and run their mouths and display their hate for America and Americans. Their lies are already debunked by reams of documents and videos, and of course the millions of eyewitnesses who actually watched it all unfold live on TV.

Any senator who does not vote to convict is complicit. The evidence is so damning and overwhelming there is only one verdict here and that is conviction.

Senator Mike Lee objected to being implicated in the phone message from Trump that was meant for Senator Tuberville. A newspaper or article had related the contents of the phone call in which Trump and Lee spoke. Trump said he was trying to call Tuberville and asked Lee to tell Tuberville for him to stall the certification of the election. Lee objected saying no statements were made by him about said phone call, and those in account were not accurate. They were deciding whether to vote on whether to accept the objection.
 
Then Raskin, not wanting to be sidetracked, said OK fine. Smartphone move, avoid digression.

Graham. Anyone trying to protect Trump in order to protect themselves. Even if Trump is not convicted, all of their names should be put on the record as having been complicit.

I don't agree with Hillary Clinton often, but she has a good point here. I'm not really worried about Donald Trump running for president again, I am more worried about a few senators and representatives still being in office. And Donald's children. They are serious traitors to our republic.
 
The Republicans considered to be eyeing a run for president, Cruz, Rubio, Hawley, all made e a demonstrative point of showing they were not listening.

Whoever wants the Republican nomination will have to have Trump's blessing. They are willing to side with the devil to try and get to the Whitehouse. None of those you listed will ever be ever be president. They are kissing Trump's fat ass for nothing.
 
I could see Cuban making a run, the question is as a independent or republican. The recent anthem deal wont be a deciding factor either way. Cuban is competitive and I believe he wants to give it shot a some point.

That's what I cannot wrap my head around. Why tie your political future to a guy that just got his ass whipped in the last election and has lost the popular vote twice?

Despite his loss, Trump still holds power over a large percentage of republican voters. Magas are still Magas. They can't win the presidency or re-election without those voters.
