Broadcasters are supposed to be homers. Listen to your own, they were shouting "HE SHOULD BE SUSPENDED!!111", then, after reviewing it, it was "well, he was going for the ball, BUT HE SHOULD BE SUSPENDED ANYWAYZ111!!!".

he should have been suspended. did you not see the videos i posted in this thread or remember the al horford play where he injured tj ford? how about when horry hipchecked nash and got 2 games? the nba set a precedent that they suspend players one game(or more) for fouls like this(and even less).

is it possible for you to talk about the lakers without mentioning rape? i know that you believe kobe to be a rapist because that is what you want to believe. i don't "believe" either way. it's certainly possible that he did. it's also very possible that he didn't. no reason to definitively make a statement on the matter either way when neither of us actually know what happened.
