In your own words, describe Nate and grade

You isolated a part of my post and quoted it.

Ah, yes. :)

How did you do that?

What you have to do is quote the post and then edit it and make sure the portion(s) you want to include is in between {QUOTE} and {/QUOTE} (except [], rather than {}).

Make sense?

Yep. Thanks B-Roy and You Ed for explaining.

[/QUOTE] I think Nate was good for a young team that needed to mature. He is a good motivator, he has a great work ethic and he is an upstanding gentleman.

I think he is a horrible X's and O's coach, he is a poor at substitutions, he is a micro manager and a control freak, and I think he relies on "his guys" too much.

I don't think Nate is the kind of coach that can win a title with, but he's also not the worst coach in the league.......barely

+1 (meaning, I have one thing to add! :ohno:)

Nate shows little to no emotion. I have never once seen him remotely "mad" at his team. I'm no advocate of an Asshole-type [Hubie Brown was truly an A-hole - - I had season tickets in NY for several years and sat down behind the bench (only cause the Garden was so empty! and you handed a fat attendant a buck and you'd be moved down 50 rows! lol, but true)].

I've seen him say words to a ref after a bad call - but I've never seen him yell at a player or the team as a whole. I don't think this is Nate's style.

But just watch Popovich when his team has turned the ball over 4 times in a row...or didn't execute an offensive set...or didn't hustle. Pop's gets pissed off!
