Sometimes it's OK to get the fuck out of the way and let entrepreneurial solutions lead the way.

Those are called Hefty Bags magsDid you see the lady that designed jackets that turned into sleeping bags for the homeless? That shit was genius too!
This is easy. $2-billion? Let me tell you how to build it and keep the money.Homeless people are dumb, the one guy wants a DVD player....you need at LEAST a Blu-ray player if not a 4k...pfft.
For 2 billion dollars I want a fucking skyscraper, which might be doable if you get some contractors to donate some time.
Most evidence suggests that these are mostly home-grown homeless people, not transplants. Yes, Portland sees an explosion of transient "street kids" in the summer, but they are just the most visible part of the homeless population.I can understand that homelessness can happen in any city, but I fail to understand why homeless people actually come to places like Portland. It's cold and rainy. Not exactly great conditions. Furthermore, helping the homeless is one thing, but if they're moving here to get help, that creates a much bigger problem. We can't afford to take on the rest of the countries homeless population as well.
You animal! Where is your compassion? Those 22 year olds are people too you knowhomelessness in Eugene seems to have become an intentional community, a career choice for some. if we want to trim the fat off our tax burden, young hippy kids in their 20s should not be begging for spare change and taking food stamps for being irresponsible .....join the fucking army if you can't feed, cloth or house yourself and you're 22 years old. There's work if you have an iota of ambition...when I retired from the school district, I found a job within about 4 hours doing humanitarian work that pays the bills....and I'm old as dirt..this is not making America great again.....no offense to the legitimately displaced homeless that are truly victims of circumstance....that's a different scenario and I'll pay taxes to help them out
it's a perk you get when you're over 62You animal! Where is your compassion? Those 22 year olds are people too you know
