Interesting Devin Harris Stats from 82games.com

For the 06-07 season that saw Nowitzki win the MVP award, Devin Harris actually had the best net +/- on the team. For that season, he was at +12.6 (playing 53% of game minutes) while Nowitzki was second at +12.4. For this season, his net +/- with the Mavs is +9.5, good for second on the team to Nowitzki's +17.8. FYI, Terry was third in 07 at 8.4 while Howard is 3rd this year at 8.2.

Yeah, you saw how once they lost Harris, they started losing games they should've won - like the one against us, for example. And you have to wonder if the Mavs even realized this, and knew what they had with Devin.

well he was the only mav who could penetrate into the lane kicking it out to J-Ho, Terry, Dirk, Stack for shots, they didnt have another ball handler so it was a straight isolation from there on out, mavs fans were really hesitant letting this kid go and this is the first time we'e had a guard who is as lightning quick he is, wasnt he called the fastest player in the league?

That's not surprising at all.

The name that sticks out there is four below his. The others are either elite offensive players or NBA all-defensive players.

Wow...didn't even notice skip, there. That is REALLY weird. Maybe everyone was underrating him..?

It's worth noting, too, that despite having what, for him, is a subpar year, Carter for this year is far and away the Net with the biggest positive +/- at 9.8. Kidd is a distant second at 6.8. Boone is third at 2.5.

I pretty much agree with this.

I am looking forward to Harris effort on the defensive end. Being able to pressure the ball handler will help the other 4 guys.
