Well I know race is involved, I have had plenty of experience with it. I served as a campus recruiter for 3 or 4 year for a few weeks each spring. I remember one year, my marching orders were to put the candidates on the possible hire list in this priority;

Black kids if they have a grade point average of 3.1 or better. I found a few that had the GPA but none that wanted participate in an interview with a hiring manager. One young fellow from Stanford with a GPA of 3.3 actually chuckled at the starting salary and ask why I thought he should want to work for that chump change.

White and Asian kids only if they have grade point average of 3.7 or better. I found none that would consider working for my company with that high of GPA, but plenty in the 3.2 to 3.3 range.

I had projects with a need for about 60 new hires (or available people) but I was unable to hire anyone with such racist guidelines. I changed tactics, and sent a Black lady manager that worked for me, to a couple schools, just in case I was the objectionable impediment, But, she had about the same experience. I had to cancel two project because they could not be staffed. Race surely was in the way, a dreadful obstruction to success.

The facilities and resources for producing goods.

Not "defending the nation from invasion." Not "protecting citizens from fire or crime."

Your small sample size isn't indicative of the whole issue.

Institutional racism is a bitch to root out and kill. It's just everywhere and embedded in government and regulations over a century of Jim Crow and beyond.

I was happy Obama was elected, but I was disappointed he didn't hire an all black staff. The best affirmative action isn't done by law, but by black leaders training more black leaders.

The world doesn't need higher minimum wage jobs, it needs more CEOs - the wages will take care of themselves.

Not everyone can be a CEO. Workers need to live too. The more they make the Better our consumer driven economy is. It's the reason Ford paid his employees 5x the prevailing wage.

Which democratic successful socialist country has the most diverse population?

I was thinking about the EU, with very successful socialist countries and they all share very similar social views. But then if you actually group those countries with the other countries in the EU, the social dynamic changes. Example: Greece being bankrupt and the rest of the union having to float their economy.

These successful EU countries cannot force Greece to adopt their economic policy, yet they are basically the welfare groups for that union.
 
Many in the EU are turning their back on Greece and refuse to bail them out. So the concept of socialism would, should include the failing countries in that union. They are the true welfare of socialism and socialism failed them.

No I did not. But I would blame the hell out of the President and his policies and not because he is Black, because he is very anti business
and fails to protect the American worker from a flood of immigrants. Well I don't think that has anything to do with him being Black perhaps
it was his white half that did it, she didn't seem to be too bright.
