That's just hate blinding your common sense. That's alright, nobody ever hated players that suck.

You know. I will give it up to this guy.
I know this is mostly on our D, but he read it perfectly and it deserves Kudos.

There was a point in the game against us the other night where he just walked into the paint. did a slight stutter step, kept his left arm out a bit to ward off the help defender, and just kid of shot putted the ball into the net with his right hand. It was effortless. No it doesn't require athleticism, but there is no denying he is very savvy, knows how to read D like very few in the league and just always knows where the basket is.

I don't like many facets of his game, but at the same time that part of his game is simply a product of the refs calling fouls incorrectly. I mean, if it works it works, regardless of whether its liked or not, and until the refs change how they make the calls, he is not going to change his game.
But after watching him, IF the refs change their calls, I have no doubts that Harden will then change his game and it wont affect him in the least. His court awareness is off the charts when walking the ball down.

Man I hate this guy....

Harden is working on another triple double. 15 6 and 6 so far at the end of three.

Who cares

I don't blame him

It was a point of contention on clutchfans last year when the Rockets were underachieving.

A lot of the posters there blamed the lack of team chemistry on Harden spending too much time at the strip clubs and not spending time bonding with his teammates - in particular Dwight.

But, winning cures all. So, it's no longer an issue.

Harden sucks.

And he's ugly.

And I bet he smells.

I think Jason Kidd was one..maybe Jeremy Lin was on the bench

Ironically, one that has already been mentioned in this thread, for different reasons - Raymond Felton. Fatty Felton was having a career year under D'Antoni until he was part of the Melo trade with DEN.

He was averaging 17.1 ppg and 9.0 apg with a PER of 17.3. It's the only time in Felton's career that he's been an above average NBA player. Still, not everyone in NY was enamored with Felton's play:

Wasn't he doing community service for domestic abuse that season?

Not during the career year (2010-11) he had playing for D'Antoni. The domestic abuse incident occurred during 2014, his second time as a Knick.

I never get tired of watching those. :)

Just going to leave this here for a sec. #Clowns

If Harden is the post pg in the NBA.
Then James is becoming robin to Kyrie's batman.

is he really a pg though? is that his true position? no. puts up insane numbers though. D'antonis system is great for him

The answer to the question is still no. That doesn't mean he isn't great though. That seems to be the problem with this thread. If someone says he isn't the best PG in the NBA then they are dissing him. Not the case. He can be 2nd or 3rd best in someones mind (even if they hate him) and that doesn't mean he is trash like some people think he has to be if you say he isn't the best period.

Preseason he told everybody to stop calling him a point guard. He says he's a shoot first POINTS guard.
