No. Tell me more.
Dude #4 happens and I take apart my car and turn it into a rocket ship...I've seen enough.no. and here are a few scenarios that would happen before he would even think of signing here:
1. i win the lottery
2. i get struck by lightning
3. a cure for herpes
4. a pregnant woman giving birth to a dolphin
5. going back in time
6. the 76ers winning the nba championship this season
you get the idea......
I think like a lot of superstars, he'll see a better chance at a ring by going to the eastern conference...the playoffs in the west are just a beast to get throughI think Durant signs for one year wherever he goes. Its some insane number like $80 million more he can get by doing a one year deal and max contract after, than just a max contract this summer. He seems like such a loyal guy I don't see how he leaves the Thunder. Now if Ibaka and Westbrook are looking at signing with other teams in summer of 2017 he definitely may bolt; or two years of playoff shortcomings between now and then. But for him to leave this summer their would have to be some sort of epic change between now and the summer. Who knew Wes would blow his Achilles with us so I suppose anything can happen but just seems very unlikely to me.
Some-Warriors-Think-Theyll-Sign-Kevin-Durant-In-Free-Agencytechnically, yes.
realistically, unlikely.
KD already plays with a Lillard-like player in Westbrook, and they have had more success there. If he's going to uproot, it'll be for a near sure-thing. Wasn't there rumors of him going to the Warriors or something?
It was due to their style of play. He likes the idea of players sharing the ball... imagine that.technically, yes.

"There are people in Golden State who think they're getting him. There are people in management and I think some players too. Kevin Durant likes the way they play. He likes their style, he likes the fact they play unselfishly. He sees himself fitting into that group."
The Golden State Warriors’ plan of pursuit predates their 2015 championship run, a bold plot to declare the futility of resistance. It isn’t only that the NBA champions are determined to recruit Oklahoma City’s Kevin Durant. The truth is that they’re the most intriguing destination to him. If Durant leaves the Thunder, the Warriors are the significant frontrunners to sign him, league sources told The Vertical.
The Warriors already have everything and yet they’re threatening to take more now. Steph Curry. Klay Thompson. Draymond Green. Committed ownership. Bob Myers, the executive of the year. Steve Kerr, a championship coach. Yes, Golden State has everything, including the ability to create the salary-cap space and a belief that Durant’s persona could fit seamlessly – even onto a potential two-time defending champion.
Miami would be on my list. He bought a house there recentlyAdrian Wojnarowski claimed that the Warriors are the front runner if (a big "if") he leaves the Thunder.
As for whether Portland has a chance? All things are possible...except Durant to Portland.
Portland has never been a free agent destination, even when good, they're not particularly good right now (and one of Durant's supposed priorities is the ability to start winning big immediately), he has no (positive) connection to Portland like he does to Washington and Texas and while Portland has some intriguing youth, they're certainly not considered a future juggernaut.
If I were ranking likelihoods of where he ends up, I'd go with:
1. Thunder
2. Warriors
3. Houston
4. Washington
5. Dallas
6. There is no 6
I think the idea that the Lakers will be strong suitors is fanciful Lakers wishcasting. It would be cool if he ended up in Portland, but I think Portland has a better chance of winning the title this year than signing Durant in the off-season.
Of course, if Portland did win the title this year...then they could be 7th on that list.
Stick around minstrel! Great post. We have missed you around here.Adrian Wojnarowski claimed that the Warriors are the front runner if (a big "if") he leaves the Thunder.

He should sign here and then retire and tell us we fucked up.no. and here are a few scenarios that would happen before he would even think of signing here:
1. i win the lottery......hope not, I'd be jealous
2. i get struck by lightning....tossup, don't really know you but whatever
3. a cure for herpes....GOD HCP hopes so
4. a pregnant woman giving birth to a dolphin.....ewwwww
5. going back in time....fuck yeah
6. the 76ers winning the nba championship this season....doubtful
you get the idea......
my guess is he did that for the same tax reasons that a lot of rich people buy houses in FloridaMiami would be on my list. He bought a house there recently
he's averaging 32 MPG for the season and played 37 in his last game...I read somewhere Beal is going to have to play with minute restrictions for the rest of his career.
He should sign here and then retire and tell us we fucked up.

Call Doc and fire up the DeLorean.

STOMP
Oh yes it isIt's not yet clear that Oden won't recover and be the better pick.
sure, get his autograph, only thing he signs in/for PortlandIs there any way the Blazers could sign Kevin Durant? I get that Russell Westbrook is better than Damian. I get that he could be more comfortable staying in OKC or going to his hometown of Washington. But from a growth, age of roster, and flexibility angle, the Blazers might give him the best chance to win in the next five years. Is there any chance?
