Eric Garner could talk... he said he couldn't breathe 15+ times right before dying on camera in front of our eyes...

First of all that's a CHILD....

And He DOES slam her head to the ground (probably not as "hard as he could") hard RIGHT after punching the CHILD in the face several times. I wish I was there to get video of the entirety of the incident RIGHT up to the moment of me kicking him right in his fucking face and then daring the other motherfuckers to do anything. I would have then made sure the little girl sat her ass down until the police arrived. I don't care what they do in other countries. But in this country, the penalty for stealing anything should not be applied force. When people steal cars the police will draw their guns out. Do we really need to hurt and kill people for stealing personal property? Give them a penalty, put them in jail yes. Applying force because of theft is fucking bullshit. Why would we hurt people for property?

I lived in SW Portland (Multhomah Village area) which is a pretty diverse area of town. NO police contact. Ever.

In the year and change that I've lived in conservative ass Milwaukie, I've been pulled over 6x. 5 of which did not result in any ticket. Jut the fucking cop asking me where the fuck I'm going and what I'm doing. Yes DWB does happen and has happened to me multiple times. How do you mean both ways? Also, saying it "happens both ways" is a way to just deflect against an problem we have with it disproportionately happening to us. This is a violation through and through of our 4th amendment rights.

I wasnt speaking of police profiling. I was speaking of everyday people. I hear from people that they profile black people in their neighborhood. Asking why they are there and such. But I also have experienced it towards white people myself. I have been told to get out of neighborhoods because someone thought I was a lawyer or cop, when really I was there to clean the gutters of an eldetly black woman, or drive someone to an appointment. I've even had black men get physical eith me for doing these things because they said they didnt need a white mans help.

Is that not profiling also?

Here is an anecdote. I know a Mexican guy who was born here who drove a big murdered out Nissan Titan pickup with no bumpers and ugly ass 22 inch wheels.

I asked him if he gets pulled over more or less than once a month. He was amazed I guessed he got pulled over a lot.. said it was because he was Mexican. Said he got stopped all the time.

I told him it was because his fugly truck looked suspicious. I knew it was a cop magnet by looking at it.

The windows were so dark you couldn't see in. The cops couldn't racially profile him unless guessing counts.

You don't know anything about how my day goes. Take it from me. Now, I know how to act. I'm clean cut and speak with my ers and ings. People who may not know how to present themselves are killed. I know when I'm pulled over to keep my hands on the wheel and narrate my every move. Travonn happened because he was a Black kid with a hoodie in an area where we are assumed not to have access to. That's why he had contact with the murderer in the first place. Had he not been Black with a hoodie on, he wouldn't have been chased. The question remains: When was he able to stand his ground after being chased?
