I see posts of his showing up in here. Even if they're moved from someplace else, why would they be showing up in here, given that he's banned.

They were posted in this thread before he was banned. Banning does not (necessarily) remove your posts.

That makes no sense to me.
Over on O-Live when a guy gets banned his posts are removed. Of course, they're not a class act like we have here.
