In all seriousness tho, the transition speed and pacing overall was much better in that last game. Was quite refreshing to watch the young guys get out and actually run - pushing the ball.
It's one of the downsides to Dames game - he just wont run - walks ball up in transition. . .

i dont think so, but it was good to see what the other guys are capable of without Dame and CJ sponging all the shots.

Hopefully it showed that we can still ball if they arent on the court and might make Stotts more comfortable about relying on the bench a bit more when Dame/CJ are having an off night - which as we saw last year, wasnt super uncommon and also the playoffs ugh

perspective says we were only playing the suns etc as well and its a one game sample, but interesting that meyers still sucks through either lens. 7 rebounds in 4 games over 57mins on the court. had 8 fouls tho.

I know this is tongue and cheek thread but just think how fun the offense would be with a 3rd shooter like how Jake was tonight with CJ and Dame? So instead of Curry and Nik going 7-21 you had Dame and CJ with open looks due to someone spreading the floor........
