Their invention was a government that is directed by the will of the people. The will of the people is still a (collective) subjective value judgment.

Yes, different pages. Fear of heights I'm talking about is not psychological. Even people who don't have acrophobia are scared to walk a tightrope across the grand canyon without a net.

I walk steel beams all the time and am not scared at all. I like to stand on the edge of cliffs with my toes hanging over. I used to like to drive fast and lose control of the car a little bit around corners on highway 1 south of Mendocino, certain death.
