This is a false equivalance type of arguement.
Its not really true. We dont “love to rip,” on sports talk shows, but if someone makes a thread about a sports talk show person were going to talk about the sports talk show person.
Also were not “protesting” Ropp or anyone else talking about sports, the protest if you want to call it that is a disagreement on his opinion.

For the record I actually kind of agree with his opinion in this particular case.

It's funny how people don't realize that the main quality networks look for in on-air talent is entertainment, not basketball knowledge.

Hell, one of the 3 post-game guys is a comedian, and another one came from this forum!!

Also, like others, I take umbridge with the use of "entertainment" and "comedian" and "guys".

(Ha! umbridge! instead of umbrage? D'ya get it? because of that other shitty show the bridge...haha....@hcp umbrage means being displeased with something. I.e., (that means "for example" ) : I take umbrage with you being a Lakers fan!).

I have no idea why they have them on pre game and post game. One show is more than enough. Talking ball was reasonable with Orlando Williams and wish they would bring him back in some capacity to discuss Blazer games.

Marang? I dont believe so. Might be wrong. His posting here got "noticed" within 20 posts somehow, he got offered a job at BlazersEdge, then that transferred to having his own post-game show, then to being the post-game guy.
