I'll tell you who he's like, not saying he is as good but the same type of player, Andre Miller.

You say some wild things but I actually agree with you here. Somewhat. Miller was never a good defender. Earlier in his career he was decent, but Briscoe profiles as an above average defender. From what I've seen though their bball IQ and frames are similar. Still, if he even has half of Millers career he'd have beaten some major odds. I do like his chances over Goodwin though, who's more talented but not as smart. I see a little Lowry in him (the young Lowry, not the All Star version today) Big body, tough, reads the game, finishes at the rim, struggles with shot.

Goodwin and briscoe are 2 different players and it going depends if they trying to replace Crabbe than you have to lean Goodwin but if your trying to find a point guard that can run a offense then you have to lean Briscoe.

They better not be trying to replace Crabbe with Goodwin because they're different players. Wilcox is closer to Crabbe. They should just go with whoever the better player is. Or leave the 15th spot open if neither really impresses.

Some stuff: "Briscoe measured just under 6-foot-3 in sneakers and weighed in at an eyebrow-raising 222.4 pounds with 11 percent body fat, highest among guards at the combine. He had the fourth-fastest shuttle run and eighth-fastest lane agility time, but one of the slowest sprints and a middle-of-the-pack vertical leap."

Sounds like a certain donut-eater we know...

I can totally see the comparison, but he's not as good and definitely a project.

Makes me miss Dre.... a lot

Yes they are different players Crabbe never attack the basket and Goodwin attact the basket but also see that Goodwin look to score when he has the basketball in his hands something that Crabbe had little problems at times in the game. But Crabbe is alot better 3 point shooter than Goodwin. But that why you have training camp and we don't know if Olshey going bring more players in.

I think we should keep both

Aiight I'll bite. Briscoe wins the 15th spot.

Bump. My darkhorse. More I watch the more intrigued I get. That shot can be fixed. His mechanics aren't out of wack, there's a foundation to build off of. This is where coaching comes into play. I remember Billups when he came into the league. Couldn't shoot. Worked on it and by his prime was above average. But what intrigues me the most about Briscoe is his ability to attack the basket. He's a bully. Knows how to absorb contact and finish. Very Kyle Lowry like in that aspect. No I'm not saying he's Kyle Lowry, but that part of his game is comparable. Love tough point guards. I'll be rooting for him.

Fun pointless fact; Kyrie Irvings cousin.
