To all my friends around here I'm thrilled that my youngest son and my wife's only son is married today! The world is his oyster and Jameson has got me thinking I'm a poet! Life is good! I feel my long journey has resolved in a healthy, promising new chapter in life......I know this is personal but to all of you...I hope you have days as happy as mine has been today!

Congrats, partner!

May they always have a happy life together.

Nice man. Congrats to your son. Is this the one that won the basketball at the shonz and rice meet and greet? Feels good to finally see some positivity on the board. I'm a little tipsy myself. Sometimes the bottle is the thing that keeps one sane!

yep...and I still have that ball he won....but he has 4 of my guitars...my bbq....my dartboard....and I helped him buy a house so it's safe to say....it's MINE!!..we had a one on one dad to son bachelor party last night ....kicked his butt in ping pong...badminton and after a marathon ....he beat me at darts by one bullseye for the first time....it was neck and neck the whole game....married in his backyard at noon with a small group of friends and it couldn't be a better way to end the day!

Nice. Sounds like a blast. I bet you enjoyed the hell out of that. Have a great rest of your night man!

That confused me at first. Thought your son from other marriage was marry your wife's son from another marriage. That would be just too weird. I wonder if that's ever happened before. Stepbrothers or sisters marrying.

I've married twice....I have grandchildren from my first .....I was a young dad...divorced and never thought I'd marry again but my wife and I have been 28 years together and our son is 25......he's now on his journey and I'm ready to enjoy retirement next year....life is good!

Congratulations RiverJr! Congrats to you as well new father in law!

I'm sure it has, not that weird if you think about it.

You should have said something earlier, as a forum administrator I'm allowed to perform weddings.
