Thats to bad, I wanted to see what christmas present info the hackers were promising to release. Sony should counter by releasing the movie via digital download.

Wow, what strange times we live in. I've never seen anyone take on a corporation like this before. This could usher in an era of cyber terrorism.

How do we contact these North Korean Hackers and ask them to take out Comcast?

the new era of cyberterrorism is already here. I wonder if it was really NKorea or just a convenient excuse.

Sony has misplayed this from the beginning. North Korea has released many movies showing them destroying the USA, winning the Korean war, etc. Why hasn't Sony brought any of those up?

because N korea is a joke and everyone just laughs at them anyway, which is why I wonder if it was really them. I doubt they have the expertise to pull off something so big and complex.

Also if there had been any attacks and we could tie it to North Korea we would have destroyed them. And then we would have taken them over, forced them to be a democracy and spent billions of dollars rebuilding their country. Actually would have been a pretty good deal for them.

This hacking thing is going to make a great James Franco/Seth Rogen movie.

U.S. Links North Korea to Sony Hacking

WASHINGTON — American intelligence officials have concluded that the North Korean government was “centrally involved” in the recent attacks on Sony Pictures’s computers, a determination reached just as Sony on Wednesday canceled its release of the comedy, which is based on a plot to assassinate Kim Jong-un, the North Korean leader.
Senior administration officials, who would not speak on the record about the intelligence findings, said the White House was still debating whether to publicly accuse North Korea of what amounts to a cyberterrorism campaign. Sony’s decision to cancel release of “The Interview” amounted to a capitulation to the threats sent out by hackers this week that they would launch attacks, perhaps on theaters themselves, if the movie was released.

Someone's going to be served up a big steaming bowl of FREEDOM! We're going to war! :MARIS61:

well done.. 20 minutes and still no response from Kevin. #SlyPokerNinja

What are they going to do with the film, lock it up with Prince's unreleased music videos?

Make it a digital download, dagnabbit!

Didn't the hackers already release it on the internet?

They most certainly are not a joke to Japan or S. Korea. Making a clown out of Kim may be fodder here, but not over there.

Are they really afraid of N Korea attacking the US? That would go very very badly for N Korea.

Not much different than the flub over that Islam Youtube Video that got pulled that they tried to blame Bhengazi on.

It's going to make a killing when (if?) it's released on blu-ray.

This movie would have killed in the theaters due to the controversy. Hopefully it ends up on Netflix/Amazon soon.

I wonder why Anonymous hasn't said anything about this. I also wonder if Sony (or someone) will retaliate.
