Back to your old imaginary word games again huh? Talk about gymnastics....lmao.
I never mentioned what Prado may or may not do with the MARLINS.
I merely stated his ACTUAL numbers (133 abs) as a Yankee...7 HRs .316 BA and raised the question if some of you expected him to continue that pace which would be estimated according to simple math (about 532abs) over the course of a full season would give him 28 HRs with a .316 BA.......is THAT what you were expecting from him if he stayed a Yankee (blame Cashman lol) ? Here are a couple of more FACTS, he's never hit more than 15 HRs in a season and he needed 599abs to do it....next highest was 14 HRs with 609 abs.
...uhhh, yes, you did...you said it/implied it. You mentioned Prado's stats and advised us not to expect those kinds of numbers over a full year...and then proceeded in the next sentence to point to Headley's stats as if they were a barometer of what to expect this year.
...nothing "imaginary" about wait I posted...and no word games either.
Headley on the other hand showed a more realistic consistent performance compared with his career numbers with some modest decent improvement amoung a couple of his other numbers and I think he's the better 3b. I think IMO he'll give the Yanks just what they expect, .260-.265 BA, 340-.350 OBP, mid-high OPS, good possibility of raising his HR totals playing his home games in a good hitters park (especially from the left side).
...Headley has been anything but "consistent"...he's been up and down his whole mediocre career and he hasn't batted over .250 since 2012...but all you can see is his handful of ABs as a Yankee last year....and yeah, all things considered, I'd rather have Prado's glove and bat at 3B than Headley's.
As I also said, I think 2b will take care of itself with possibly one of the Yankees' young players (Refsnyder,Pirela) taking the position if Drew doesn't pan out......and I know Drew is a "question mark" but you even said maybe he was hurt last year by holding out and missing ST and could do better- if not, the Yanks will probably use him as a backup or possibly release him later in the season when he'll be ohwed maybe 2-2.5 mil.
We'll see how Headley does as the Yankee 3b and you can keep us posted on Prado's Marlins' career.
Stop acting like a crybaby. Maybe you need to call in your re-enforcements. lol
..."crybaby"?...really?..."reinforcements"?...really? ...what exactly am I "crying" about...I'm simply presenting facts ...and no assistance needed here, Beevis. I've juggled multiple asshats many times....btw, would you care to discuss ARod busting his ass and displaying his running ability on that bloop ground rule double again?
