Chicken layer pellets and scratch affect the price of eggs....my cost of feeding chickens has more than doubled and it's definitely price gouging because nothing in chicken feed needs to be imported. I blame price gouging ..not the govt for the price of eggs. I doubt Musk or Trump have ever seen a chicken or fried an egg

Down 230 today, down 560 since Thursday, but net up ~250 since inauguration day. Pretty small movement overall, really, in comparison to the almost 3000 point increase over the final 3 weeks of January.

For weeks (months??) I have been getting eggs at New Seasons. $3.99 for a dozen large, cage free brown eggs. I just picked up another dozen yesterday. Some of the egg brands at NS are sky high, but not a whole lot more than usual. Those are the "artisanal, chickens with names, well dressed and educated organic eggs. But the "store brand" is the same price as always. I'm not sure why that is but i have no complaints.....at least until Trump and Musk find a way to fuck that up too.......
