That the election was won fairly by Biden, and that Trump knew that. Trump decided anyway through his lawyers to file false claims about mass voter fraud to drive the false narrative that the election was stolen, claims that were turned down again and again in court, some by Trump appointed judges.

They are basically showing that he knowingly and willingly lied to incite the violence that culminated in January 6th and started touching on the swindling of his supporters of money to protect that lie. I suspect tomorrow is going to be mostly the financial fraud element.

Trump apparently dangled the Insurrection Act all his presidency when people told him he couldn't do what he wanted....he'd threaten martial law...and he screamed at the sober advisors and listened to only yes men ..Rudy Giuliani being a pickled alcoholic was drunkenly telling him to just lie and take over with martial law and redo the elections when his people were counting votes ..it all falls in line with his fake news spouting about every cover up exposed over his tenure...that was Hitler's strategy.....if you tell the lie constantly eventually people see it as truth....that's straight from the nazi playbook. Trump should go down in flames for sedition if justice is served ..another win for the council today. Lock all these fuckers up now! Trump tear gassed citizens just so he could go outside and pose with a bible...the guy is insane. He envied the 3 big dictators and look where their countries are at after he enabled them...China, Russia and N Korea...all ready for war while Trump was reading love letters from dictators...he wanted the same power to kill people who disagreed with him that Putin .Xi and Kim have
