Man, I watched the 1st and 4th quarters of the Cavs/Spurs game - LMA is such a non-factor. Spurs will trade him in the 3rd year of his contract.

I know. He's just an expensive max money role player right now

Maybe he goes back to 23 and 11 when Duncan and Manu leave and its only him with Leonard running the show

No they wont, and he's not a non-factor. He fits their system so perfectly that you think he's a non factor. Either that or you've really only watched him play 2 quarters, in which case why would you jump to such an extreme conclusion?

How good are the Warriors if you take Draymond out of the equation? Like say you put Joe Johnson or someone in there instead of Draymond...

Your just butt hurt. He's had some great games. The Spurs don't need him to be on every game.
Can't we even be a little bitter?! Aren't we allowed a little bias this year as we dance with mediocrity. If any team's fan base has earned the right to drink flat beer and let themselves go it's Portland. Can't we act like the Bad News Bears to the Spurs even some of the time?

Bradley Beal is turning into Eric Gordon 2.0 this season.

It's been killing me to keep him stashed on my fantasy bench.

Me too, luckily I have McCollum and Curry to pick up the slack.

Never thought Jimmy Butler could drop 50 in a game. huh

Here's his game log, sorted by "GmSc", Hollinger's "game score" stat, which (according to their glossary) has a scale similar to that of points scored. In 38 games played, Aldridge has just 5 games above 20 GmSc, just 6 others between 15-20, and 11 below 10. His average GmSc on the season at the moment is 12.2. For comparison, in 34 games Lillard has 14 games over 20, and 7 between 15-20, just 6 below 10, and an average of 17. Aldridge's production is actually even a bit below CJ (39 games), with 6 over 20, 6 between 15-20, and an average of 13.5.

One of these days, I need to do a full league calculation of average GmSc. That would be really interesting to look at (for me).

I really hope he doesn't make the allstar team.

We've had this discussion here before. They are talking about it on ESPN during this Cavs - Rockets game. I personally would love to see a 1 on 1 tournament at the all star game. Even if it's really light and for fun, even if it features no big name players.

Haha, now they are suggesting that there should be a free throw contest and the worst free throw shooters should be forced to compete...

By they I mean Van Gundy.

Actually that's a great idea. For every category, like rebounding, blocked shots, etc. Have a contest of the worst in the NBA, with a laugh track.

Houston getting trashed at home ... Trail Blazers only four back of the Rockets in the loss column for the 7th seed.

We've looked like a better team than the Rockets too. The Rockets have looked BAD this season. They have enough talent so maybe they will turn it around before the playoffs, but the future is looking kinda ugly for the Rockets.

This isn't a game. It's players running into each other.

Whiteside with 11 blocks tonight. So glad he's on my fantasy team!

I always thought a three point shoot out with players like Shaq and Mutombo would've been awesome back in the day.

I love Van Gundy's commentary. Guy says exactly what's on his mind.

Honestly, the rockets need to trade Harden and Howard.

Thing is, what could they get for Harden?

Terrence Jones is a JJ Hickson clone.

The only player on that roster that has trade value is Harden.

They need to keep harden and trade everyone else. Then pray they land durant.
