So does the Griffin injury cement the CP3 / Irving trade? :devilwink:

Not even close. Clutchfans at least has some decency. The Spurs fans are awful, truly awful, awful, awful, truly awful, awful, truly awful posters.
uh......Lakers fans...just sayin'

Staples Center sells reversible Jerseys..Lakers on one side and Clippers on the other....they get really confused when the room mate teams play each other

Strongly disagree.

have you read the threads on spurstalk?

We've had MANY more spurs trolls than Houston trolls. We even had a houston fan come in and have decent conversations with us. Never had one for Spurs fans.

I'm talking about posters, not fans.

Though I do see I am interchanging the two, I am always meaning posters.

I think you're talking about interactions with us on this forum. I'm talking in general. The Rockets forum is horrible.

Did you miss the part where I said "Did you read the threads in spurstalk?"

I used two different examples.

From what I've seen, Spurs fans are having a really hard time adjusting to LMA. When they win, he's okay, but when they lose, they trash him pretty hard. They definitely had higher expectations, which is really kinda stupid. The Spurs play a team concept, so did the knowledgeable Spurs fan (or is that an oxymoron??) really expect him to put up the kind of numbers he did here??? And only the blind and dead could be oblivious to the fact that he's never been a banger, hates playing inside and has always been an indifferent defender. I'm still trying to decipher what it is they expected out of him. The funny part is that more than a few fans are hoping they trade him before next season. If/when the Spurs dynasty starts its' inevitable downhill slide, LA will be showered with the majority of blame. If the dynasty continues, Kawhi will get the credit. It's called karma. As my old daddy always said, "Be careful what you wish for. You just might get it". And, "When you want something in the worst way, that's usually how it comes to you." With every day that passes it becomes more clear that we dodged an expensive bullet.

He's gonna be missing Portland here real soon.

Hmm...that chart suggests that Kevin Love is actually a net positive on defense. His DRPM is 16th out of 95 power forwards.
It's clearly an imperfect stat (as currently calculated). Kevin Love isn't the only anomaly. Apparently our best defender is Plumlee. This seems unlikely to be true. Also Pau Gasol? Somebody's clearly inserted a "favor clumsy big white guys" factor.

I think we dodged more than one of those....now it comes to mind the Spurs fans have had to listen to an LA interview one too many times as well...they're still talking about his decision on NBA.com....seems it's all that's news worthy about him

Dallas is flopping a lot right now. I hadn't thought about how many floppers there are on that team... If they try to flop their way through the first round they will be the easiest opponent.

Can't say it better than the announcer. Dirk with the Hall-Of-Fame fade away move. He's a lot like Duncan in the sense that they have both played for the same team their entire career's.

Let's let Hibbert deal with the Lakers for a 2+ seasons and see if maybe he's revitalized to win.

If the NBA ever changed the logo, his fade away would be a good candidate. So iconic.

That actually looks natural. He's kind of the start of the revolution of floor spacing big men in today's game. Huge impact for sure. Arguably a bigger impact on the game than Kobe. Definitely could be more deserving than anyone (even Duncan) of being the modern Logo of the NBA.

Without cheating can you guess who this is?

Hint 1: He's one of the most athletic to ever play the game.
Hint 2: He's in the league today.

Need more hints?

Aldridge has a classic case of 'butterfingers'.

I haven't seen butterfingers that bad since legendary wide receiver Chester "Pop" Corneater.

Tyronn Lue to become the coach for the Eastern Conference All-Star team? What a joke.
