New kind of sex therapy? How kinky? Where did you get the photo? LOL !

I have had two long relationships with women that weighed 250lbs + but that is one serious big ass!

I have improved, my current gf is less than 160lbs and dieting.

Felton and Mozgov can't be traded together.

However, since NYK seems to be in large need of a big man right now, Billups for Andre and JPEC works. Contrary to popular opinion, Billups' deal isn't an expiring, and if he's cut there's a Ryan Gomes-esque 3.7M hit to the Summer 2011 FA cap. Miller has worked with Melo before, and Chauncey shoots 44% from 3 and 64% TS% (he gets to the line a lot and makes 92% of them, which is nice)

JP is a bit hobbled, but he'd fill the need for the knicks of the large bad-ass who's not afraid of knocking KG, DH, or Bosh on their ass.

I'm confused; are you advocating the Blazers trade for Billups? I can understanding breaking up our chemistry for a lot younger guy (Harris), but why would we want Billups? It's taken two years for the team and Miller to mesh, why give that up?

So I am late to this party, by=ut let me see if I understand everything....

1. Vance was right about yet another deal in the NBA, but still knows nothing.

2. Ken Berger has been quoted a ton in this thread, but again, I have been told over and over by many in here that he knows nothing either.

3. Dallas, Boston, Denver, NY, NJ, Minny, Houston are all trying to improve their team while the Blazers sit back and watch the world go by.

4. All of our trade assets are threatening retirment if they are traded, basically putting their trade value at zero.

If the team we trading said players to is looking for cap relief, this is actually a big plus.

How has Boston and Dallas and NJ and Houston gotten better so far? By being rumored in deals? Sounds about the equivalent to where we are at this point. Being rumored in deals.

They're about to consummate deals though. My scout friend told me so.

Let me see if I got this right.

1. A guy who is a worse hypocrite then Canzano actually got something right and you think its worth noting.

2. Ken Berger is quoting stuff that came from other sources before him and you think its worth noting

3. Apparently all the rumors about the Blazers have gone over your head or your just ignoring them

4. Joel/Rudy are the only ones that are really effecting there trade value and for Joel its a plus for Rudy who cares.

Speaking of Berger, CIP on 95.5 said Berger said the Blazers would move Murphy to GSW in a separate deal. IDK if he knows what he's talking about.

If true, it would be Murphy for Biedrins. That would be a ridiculous deal. Biedrins just needs a change of scenery and a free throw shooting coach.

To be honest, that sounds like a pipe dream. And Berger has a history of throwin shit in the air and hoping something sticks. (same with the guys on 95.5)

I had been hoping when I heard about Murphy that we would turn around and look to possibly move him right away, take on long term salary for an improvement somewhere. Harris/Matthews/Batum/Aldridge/Camby with Rudy/Roy/Cunningham/Biedrins off the bench is a solid 9 man rotation the rest of the way. Of course, it's also adding two more guys, in Biedrins and Harris, who have had injury histories. So no surprises when we end up with a similar story line next season, but I still like it if it could happen.

Another injury riddled big. I don't think we'll be finished untill we get trade for bynum, sign oden to a long term deal. S&T for Yao, and bring Shaq over while still having Biedrins on the team just so we can have an actual center start for us everygame. We would only have access to 1 every game though, every other one would be sitting with an injury.

I'd love that rotation. And if Oden comes back next year... (and there is a next year...)

I just saw that Biedrins had 3 years, and $27mil after this season. With his and our history of injuries, that's just a mistake waiting to happen.

This time of year is ridiculous for rumors. I just heard Quick trying to bring Oden into the discussion by saying his "Salary" fits perfect for this trade. The whole interview he was quoting "Agents" as his source. Since when are agents in on the phone calls with the GM's?

I dont believe the Oden shit.... there is no way in hell they are offereing him up in that deal

Greg Oden for a first round pick? That's what oldmangrouch would call a do-over!

Go Cho!

The reaction on this board to that deal would be like Mardi Gras in internet land. The drinking, the gibberish, the over-the-top positions being taken by the Pro-GOs and the Pro-Chos, with the interesting side story of the anti-GOs and the anti-Chos trying to find their voice and make sense of it all.

Please, Cho, do it for my own enjoyment!

It's only Quick trying to piece it together by looking at what salary would fit to make up the difference (Oden's). I can't believe that the Blazers would throw in Oden to make salaries match and give up on hime at this point. We're too far along to just use him as a "throw in" to match salaries.

Too far along what? The highway to hell with Greg Oden?

I'd be really surprised if Oden were being included in the trade, but I suppose it could happen if the pick was the Nets own first rounder and it was unprotected. The Nets are likely going to end up near the very bottom of the standings, meaning they'll have a good shot at picking 1st or 2nd. Assuming the Blazers want to convert Aldridge to their center of the future and are looking for a dominant PF to put next to him...maybe. It's a shallow draft and I'm not really up to speed as to who the best players are, but I guess I could see it happening.

More likely, I think, is that the Blazers are looking to bring in a third team to absorb Murphy's contract. I hear that the Warriors like him and want him back. Something involving Gadzuric and another player or two could be made to work.

If it's their pick that eventually goes unprotected (and doesn't turn into second rounders like the New Orleans pick) I think you do it.

+1

I'm already getting a laugh at the people semi-freaking out about Oden being included. LOL

NJ will likely be 5th-8th in the draft. I could see a Top 3 protected pick being a reasonable value if GO is included.

The problem is that this draft is heavy in PF/SF hybrids, and the one true PF/C that would be availble (Sullinger will be #1 or #2 pick, IMO), Enes Kanter, has a history of knee problems, which should make him undraftable for Portland.

I'd rather roll the dice on GO, because nothing available in this weak draft is an upgrade over Oden. May as well stick it out with him.

Yeah, I agree with all of that. Like I said, I don't think there's much chance GO is included in the deal, at least as we've heard it discussed. Bringing in a third team and other players could change things.

IMO the chance of this happening is zero. I don't see how you bring in a 3rd team to get involved with Murphy. What GM are you going to sell that song and dance to?
