The guy is a psycho, there is no reason for that kind of behavior towards children. He has some kind of imagination to think that they are calling him names, I wonder if the guy lost his badge because of all this. I would've made sure he gets time in prison for that mishandling of the kid he took the skateboard from.

I think the kid thought it was OK to call the cop "dude" because he is wearing a neon green golf shirt that's two sizes too small.

He's also driving a cute little buggy.

The security guards this kid no doubt routinely makes fun of down at the mall wears a real uniform and drives a real car, so his brain was probably slow in making the distinction.
