I just got a hunch about this.
No info.
No link nadda.
I feel this deserves it's thread post.
It's pure, triple distilled opinion which as we know is rare around these parts.
I'm just so damn proud to write speculation in a manner so as to appear that it is fact.
Honestly though, I don't know what is more frustrating right now. The constant faux facts floating around about the PA/KP/Vulcan/POS Agent/New GM drama or the chicken little-ism running absolutely wild in this forum.
If Bosh and LeBron join forces we're probably fucked unless Stern's alter-ego murders him and and wipes out the Cosa Nostra in New York single handedly. Cause that's what it would take for us to win a ring in that environment. The ship has sailed on a ring unless Stern goes. That ship sailed in the 1980's by the way and anyone who's watched post-referee union NBA basketball knows it's truth.
So then lets be thankful we aren't in the Jail Blazer era and start talking about players to target. No we don't need a GM right at this EXACT moment in order to speculate as fans.
Seriously ya'll lets get over the pity party / bitterfest and start talking about real and likely outcomes like a BoomShakaLaka trade idea. After all if we had our druthers he would be the next GM of the Blazers because I don't know anyone else who can pull of the kind of (imaginary) trades Boom brings to the table. His imaginary trades KICK ASS on KP's imaginary trades am I right?
