Took me a while, and I like this a lot. Probably my best in a while.

The PSD version has 45 layers.

I like it very nice the face of Woodgate could be blended more also more render effects (which are ok ATM) and I dont like the colour but its still decent, Backgrounds nice. Text is ok

it is very good, one of the best ive seen in a while anyway, if i had more red in (middlesborough) then itd look better, grey isnt the most eye attracting colour

45 Layers? I dont mean to sound harsh but all it looks like is that you have brushed in black and white, put on a render cloud, put in a Woodgate PSD, faded a Woodgate PSD/Image in the background, gave it a photo filter and added text.

Does it really matter how many layers he has used? Your supposed to rate the final product, not how many layers he used.
