I'm more curious about posters who wanted to spend 3 relatively high picks on these PC players who've gone on to do nothing in the league rather then posters who wanted guys who were drafted well before Portland's picks (Curry, Westbrook). Blair was an obvious talent but also an injury risk with his knees... he's also abysmal on D. 20/20 hindsight is nice, but I understand/forgive the reasoning thereBut how about some players that worked out? Blair, Curry, Westbrook, etc.
I'd do Babbitt for Flynn. I'm sure you can convince Kahn to do it too.

in 81 games, dude's PER was 13.0 his rookie year... whats great about that? He's a 6' shooting guard... I wouldn't be upset about trading an end of the bench guy for him, but then again I'm not looking to eitherFlynn was terrific at 'Cuse and great his rookie year. Then the hip injury happened. When he came back he hasn't been the same player. He's lost in the offense and has lost his confidence. This is the PERFECT time to trade for him. Low cost, high upside.

There's more to a player than PER. He's a rookie PG on a shit team that still managed to put up 13.5 ppg, 4.4 assists, 2.4 boards and a steal on 42% shooting, 36% from three and 83% from the line. He's super quick and has huge upside. Minny is giving him away. Word is we like him. Why not?
didn't I say more on him then just siting PER? Like how he's Patty Mills small and not a PG. Dude's Asst/TO rate was 1.5 to 1... thats a great PG?There's more to a player than PER. you mischaracterizing what I said is what drew my attention Mr. so important. You're welcome to continue thinking a great PG has an Asst/TO ratio of 1.5 to 1... I'm sticking with the rest of the world which thinks that sucks

Okay. Once again, I don't understand why you need me to agree with you. Perhaps it's because of my new title, "Mr. So Important". You clearly feel the need to characterize your position as being with the majority. It's okay to have opinions that differ from the crowd; one day, when you grow pubic hair, you'll realize it.
