I like it, good job. I'd like to see a little more of him though. Maybe some shoulders

the only problem is he has a disporportionate head to body ratio haha. plus the PSD I used doesn't have much of his shoulders at all.

excellent, and I mean excellent BG, text is ok but pic is a bit weird. maybe another pic would have been better, although this one looks very nice9/10

BG is too plain but is still nice. Good lighting around him. 8/10

with the exception of the cirlces and squares and that wavy line. that was all done with the PSD cut.
